Yoga

Yoga, an ancient process of self-discovery and development, remains a priceless tool to help those of us in the modern world.

Yoga can help us deal with stress, develop physical and mental flexibility, and re-discover the inherent unity of our mind, body, and soul.

A practice, a lifestyle, a path and a destination: yoga’s vast well of wisdom can quench the deepest of thirsts, can quell the strongest of heartaches, can lighten the heaviest of loads.

Teaching classical Ashtanga yoga, I offer all-level asana, meditation, prenatal, and Baby-and-Me classes. I completed my advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 at Mount Madonna Center under the tutelage of senior students of Baba Hari Dass. A year prior to this, I completed my pre- and post-natal teacher training at MMC with Hannah Muse. Though I am currently on maternity leave, I have taught classes at the Pacific Cultural Center and at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary.
